A Texas sheriff’s deputy detained a teenager going for a jog, ordering him down on the ground while threatening to taser him, handcuffing him when the teen refused to say where he attended school.
The teen began recording the encounter but the video turned off after five minutes when the deputy cuffed him.
The Harris County sheriff’s deputy said the teen matched a description of a person who had just robbed a nearby Walgreens, but the deputy did not even appear very sure of the suspect’s description when he radioed dispatch to inquire about a description.

A Texas cop lost his head after the woman who called him for help told him her neighbor did not have the right to grab and choke her seven-year-old son.
Even if the kid did litter as the man claimed.
“Why not?” responded the Fort Worth cop who has yet to be identified.
The video from the ordeal had over 200,000 views on Facebook before Craig and her daughter were even released from jail. They have already spoken with police about the incident with their attorney, Lee Merritt, present.

It’s a mental illness. An inability and refusal to confront and address the obvious. Hillary Clinton lost. Donald Trump won. In the few weeks Obama has taken every side on every position.  Russia did, Russia didn’t.  Hillary was robbed, Hillary screwed up.  I failed, I was a success.  I have brought hope, there is no hope.  Everything is wonderful, everything sucks.  The FBI is right, the FBI is wrong.

(REPORT) — After more than a year of delays, Texas is officially kicking Planned Parenthood out of the state’s Medicaid program.

"A Cruz Administration will fulfill the promise Congress made to the American people almost 10 years ago by completing all 700 miles of priority fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border."Trump claims he won a landslide. He didn't. He won a narrow electoral college victory and lost the actual election by close to 3 million votes. The final tally was Clinton 65,844,594 to Trump 62,979,616. It was a 48.2-46.1% win for Clinton.

ATLANTA  — Georgia led the nation this year in the number of inmates put to death, an anomaly that’s due at least in part to executions in Texas dipping into single digits for the first time in 20 years.

Once again, a jury found itself unable to convict a cop for killing an unarmed man – even with fellow cops testifying against the cop.
This time, it was a Texas jury which ended up deadlocked Monday in the case of Garland police officer Patrick Tuter, who was charged with manslaughter for shooting and killing a man named Michael Allen after a high-speech pursuit in August 2012.
Tuter rammed Allen’s truck with his patrol car, then fired 41 times – reloading twice – striking Allen three times, killing him.
