Ali Akbar Velayati, the outspoken advisor to the Iranian leadership, has come out again warning the US and Israel about their repeated violations of Syrian airspace and sovereign territory. Velayati said that they should expect a response from Iran.

Now that Donald Trump is inhabiting the White House, the waning of the U.S. as a global power is all but accelerating. Some countries though still seem to attach a lot of importance to American words and actions. The Republic of Turkey, currently ruled by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan (or the Prez) and his Justice and Development Party (or AKP) appears to be a case in point.
Despite assurances from pro ‘rebel’ lobby organisations in the West still promoting the illusion of a Syrian “revolution,” all is not well in the second Islamic State of Idlib in Syria.
Disenchanted jihadis are currently embroiled in in-fighting, as various factions compete with each other to hoard aid and supplies sent to them by western NATO member states and Gulf monarchies, increasingly desperate to retain their grip on Syria’s terrorist-occupied northern province.
