The spokesman for the Saudi-led military (???) coalition says that major combat operations in Yemen are coming to an end, after which the coalition will work on "long-term" plans to bring stability to the country.

Brig. Gen. Ahmed al-Asiri said that major military combats were coming to a close and that the next phase of rebuilding and reconstruction will be begin shortly.

Why did ISIS leave?  Why would they just leave such a strategically important city? Who gave the orders? The fighters were NOT under attack.
