American conservative outlets spin fake news, too. However, in this case, Fox, the most revered of America’s news networks, attempted to spin a doozy on the backs of at least fourteen Russian Navy sailors who died in a tragic submarine fire. The proposed speculation was that the Russian submarine was trying to do something to the underwater cable trunking that carries much of the international Internet and communications traffic from other parts of the world to Europe.

The Russian news program Vesti Nedeliy launched a propaganda nuke at the Russian nation and at the West on 25 February with a broadcast narrated by Dmitry Kiselyov about the capabilities of Russia’s new hypersonic Zircon missile. The report made waves with its bellicose graphic and discussion of the missile being used against specific US targets. The video segment is shown here below:

It is easy for us as news writers to live in a bubble. That bubble is created in part by our own personal perspectives on our topics, (sometimes these perspectives escalate to the points of view we call biases).

The Washington Post reported on March 8th, 2018 that a filmmaker who emigrated to the United States from Syria had been involved in creating a film that would be on the order of Schindler’s List for its portrayal of the terrible war and awful conditions in his homeland.
