Wisconsin SWAT Team Attacks 65-Year-old Man with Parkinson’s Disease After he Called for Help

A 65-year-old Wisconsin man with Parkinson’s Disease dialed 911 for a medical emergency Friday, only for a SWAT team to arrive at his home and slam him to the ground,  hospitalizing him for days.
Thomas Smith’s family is outraged, saying their relative is unable to physically speak, so he had to resort to pushing buttons on the telephone to communicate with the dispatcher.
And somehow, the dispatcher understood he was being held hostage by a man with guns and explosives, which is why Oneida County sheriff’s officials say they were only trying to keep the neighborhood safe.

Massachusetts Town Settles With Family of Innocent Grandfather Killed by “Accident” During SWAT Raid

Eurie Stamps, 68, a grandfather and retired Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority worker, was not suspected of any crime when police assaulted him inside his home and shot him dead shortly after midnight on January 5, 2011.
Now, more than five years later, Stamps’ family has reached a settlement with the town of Framingham, which to this day employs Stamps’ killer.
Details of the settlement, which was made Friday, have not yet been made public.
But the one thing that is clear is that Stamps is one of the countless victims of the government’s war on drugs.

Ex-Miami Police Chief, Reduced Police Shootings, Increased Civil Rights Violations, Succumbs to Cancer

Former Miami Police Chief John F. Timoney, who once kept the entire Miami Police Department from firing their service weapons for 22 months, has succumbed to Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He was 68 years old.
Chief Timoney wasn’t a miracle worker, nor a saint, but he was the rare police administrator who managed to visibly decrease police firearms discharges by an entire major city police department as crime levels dropped under his watch in Miami as well as during his earlier tenure in Philadelphia

Orlando Shooting: Cops Inside Club Waited “15 to 20 Minutes or Longer”, Stood Down

The “good guys with guns” arrived 38 seconds after the start of the Orlando Shooting, but it didn’t matter to victims wounded and dying, because none of them wanted to risk their lives to save anyone in the Pulse Nightclub.
Police stood down quickly, then stormed the building three hours later.
Getting the go ahead to act only after they finally suited up in tactical gear–three hours later.
Meanwhile, people inside Pulse were being slaughtered.

Video Proves Wisconsin Police Lied About Shooting and Killing Hostage During Standoff

Wisconsin police shot and killed a hostage during a standoff in December, claiming the man had a gun and refused to drop it when ordered to do so.
But a newly released dash cam video shows that Neenah police shot him dead without issuing a single order.
Neenah police also claimed that they transported Michael L. Funk to the hospital after shooting him, which is where he ended up dying.
But the video shows they left him lying in the street for 25 minutes where he was pronounced dead.

Pennsylvania Town Pays Murdering Cop $120,000 to Go Away

The Pennsylvania cop who shot a man in the back while repeatedly tasering him over an expired inspection sticker, capturing it all on her body cam, only for her to get acquitted last year before vowing to return to the department to continue patrolling the streets, has resigned.
But only because the borough of Hummelstown agreed to pay Lisa Mearkle $120,000.
That’s the price a community of just over 4,500 people has to pay to get rid of the hysterical murdering cop.
