Northern California Cop Arrested for Raping Five Women On Duty

During a ride-along with a college journalist in 2014, Northern California police officer Noah Winchester bragged about he was looking out for the safety of the students on campus.
But that was before he was arrested for raping two women while on duty as a police officer for the Los Rios Community College in Sacramento.
And that was before he was arrested for raping an additional three women while on duty as a police officer for the San Mateo Police Department.
Police arrested the 31-year-old man Thursday on 22 counts of kidnapping, rape and related charges.

South Carolina Deputy Threatened to Arrest Woman and her Boyfriend if She Refused to Perform Oral Sex on Him

A South Carolina deputy is facing ten years in prison after he was accused of forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him, threatening to arrest her boyfriend if she did not comply.
The woman said she complied after Orangeburg County sheriff’s deputy Dereck Johnson threatened to arrest her too.
The sexual assault lasted four minutes while the woman’s 16-year-old daughter slept in a bedroom nearby. When it was over, Johnson left the woman inside the mobile home, walked up to her boyfriend with a smirk on his face and shook his hand.

Watch: Arkansas Cop Tasers Man in Back, Then Tells Him He’s Under Arrest

An Arkansas cop tasered a man in the back before telling him he was under arrest, causing the man to drop to the ground while yelling out in pain.
When the man’s friends questioned why he would taser him, Blytheville police officer Stephen Sigman said, “cause I said he was under arrest and he kept walking.”
He then looked down at Chardrick Mitchell, who was laying on the ground with taser prongs in his back, and said, “I said you’re under arrest, it’s all on video.”
But his body cam footage shows that Sigman said, “hey, turn around,” as Mitchell was walking away.

Texas Cop Caught on Video Brutalizing School Teacher Over Traffic Stop

A Texas cop pulled a school teacher over for speeding, then violently threw her to the ground within seconds, later claiming she was “reaching for the front passenger side of the vehicle,” which, of course, made him fear for his life.
But the dash cam video shows Austin police officer Bryan Richter simply flew off the handle.

Oregon Police Pounce on Autistic Homeless Man for Trying to Explain Federal Disability Law to Them (Updated)

Oregon police are facing scrutiny on social and news media after a video posted to Facebook last week showed five Ashland police officers piling on top of a homeless autistic man because he had the nerve to inform them they were violating federal law by harassing and ticketing his friend for having a disability service dog in public.
Ashland police charged the man who goes by “Redwood” with disturbing the peace, interfering with an officer and resisting arrest, which are charges commonly used by police in contempt of cop cases across the country.

Maryland Cops Pepper Spray Students Within Seconds in Horrible Display of Escalation

Responding to a false complaint of a fight inside a house party, University of Maryland campus police were politely told there was no fight inside.
But they ended up pepper spraying and arresting students anyway.
All in a matter of seconds of knocking on the door.
It was such a raw example of what not to do as an officer, the lead officer ended up suspended without pay for 80 hours after the department’s police chief reviewed body cam footage of the May 21, 2016 incident, which was released Monday.

Texas Cop Assaults Woman Claiming it was for Her Protection

A Texas woman who stepped out of her apartment to record police trying to enter her neighbor’s apartment ended up assaulted by an officer who claimed he was only doing it for her safety.
Rosenberg police officer Adam Vasquez told her since she was already a victim of assault, he had the right to assault her again.
But the woman, Sydney Tawater, insisted she was not a victim of assault. At least not until she was assaulted by the Texas cop.
She insists she was only trying to record the officers, which is her First Amendment right.
