Kearney police officer Derek Payton claimed the driver, Jose Klich, backed into him before driving off, making him fear for his life, an excuse that is usually accepted without question.

However, his friends said he was just a man who enjoyed getting high.

Defense attorneys argued that Arshad Razzak, who spent 19 years on the force,  was never trained in how not to violate the rights of citizens.
The 44-year-old cop was also not trained in common sense because it was as surveillance video that led to his conviction.

Talk about projecting.
Martin Halloran, president of the San Francisco Police Officers Association, also said it was not fair for Kaepernick to accuse police of contributing to the “racial divide” in this country.

New York Cop Serving Probation Despite Four Women Accusing Him of Sexual Assault

The way Chester Thompson describes it, he is simply irresistible to the ladies; a Syracuse police officer who could not don a uniform without women throwing themselves upon him, including one woman who grabbed his genitals while letting out a “squeal of excitement.”
That woman – who had called police to report her missing daughter, only to lose concern for her daughter upon feeling his genitals –  directed Thompson to the couch and ordered him to unbuckle his pants so she could perform oral sex on him, according to his statements to internal affairs.
