Missouri Cop Fired for Pointing Weapon at Protesters Now Claims Life is “Ruined”

The Missouri cop who pointed an assault rifle at demonstrators during the 2014 Ferguson protests, telling them “I will fucking kill you,” only to end up fired after the video went viral, is now whining that his life is “ruined.”
But only because he is at risk of losing his law enforcement license.
Not because he is facing any actual criminal charges, which would be the case had he not been granted Blue Privilege.

Colorado Judge Dismisses Felony Jury Tampering Charges Against Activists

All charges have been dropped for two men charged with jury tampering after they handed out pamphlets in front of the Lindsey-Flanigan Court in Denver.

Dallas Police Speaks With Forked Tongue When it Comes to the Right to Record

In April 2014, the Dallas Police Department’s top-rank leadership made it clear they support the concept of the right to photograph and record in public.
But the department’s Internal Affairs Division, the Dallas Police Association (DPA), and a small but troublesome and aggressive minority of officers on the street have adopted a completely different and opposing position whereby they do all they can to protect officers who interfere with photographers, no matter how damning the evidence.

The jury deliberated for more than 16 hours over three days before Judge Barry G. Williams declared a mistrial.

A PINAC correspondent working on a story about a man who was arrested Monday for video recording outside a Shell refinery was arrested himself Tuesday for recording outside the same refinery.

But the Georgia Bureau of Investigations said the case is still under investigation with no new developments to announce.

Texas School Resource Cop will not be Disciplined for Grabbing Student by Neck in Viral Video

A Texas school resource police officer was justified in grabbing a 14-year-old boy by the neck and taking him down because he was only trying to keep the teen safe.
That was the consensus from the Round Rock Police Department internal affairs division this week, saying officer Rigo Valles will now be free to work the schools again.
The student, Gyasi Hughes, was suspended for fighting with another student for several days, but Valles was only reassigned to allow the investigation to take place.
