Processing Distortion with Peter B. Collins: Can We Restore Constitutional Rule?

Peter B. Collins Presents Rocky Anderson
Rocky Anderson is a founder of the Justice Party, and ran for president in 2012. In this wide-ranging interview, Anderson talks about surveillance, drones, targeted killing and other constitutional violations under Obama’s watch. Impeachment is the remedy, but most of the partisans who supported impeachment of Bush and Cheney are silent and most elected Democrats are not willing to challenge “their” president. Anderson challenges our leaders and all of us to take action to restore the rule of law.

Processing Distortion with Peter B. Collins: “OffNow Promotes State & Local Nullification of NSA”

Peter B. Collins Presents Shane Trejo
A project of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee and the Tenth Amendment Center, OffNow.org is organizing state and local nullification of unconstitutional NSA activities. One well-publicized effort would cut off the huge daily water supply needed to cool the servers at the NSA’s massive data farm in Bluffdale, Utah. Another is California’s Senate Bill 828, which would bar state law enforcement from collaborating on illegal surveillance of its residents. There are several other laws in the pipeline in a number of states right now.
