I had a great afternoon on Sunday. I heard two inspiring congressional candidates speak at a fundraiser on Bunker Hill, Mike Siegel (TX-10) and Cenk Uygur (CA-25), one of Mike's supporters and a co-host of the event. Both were uplifting and inspiring, as were the other speakers. When I got home the phone was ringing.

Trump's worse than anyone, although we might not know enough about Bloomberg or Mayo Pete yet to be certain how much worse than they he is. And Biden... may actually do worse things than Trump. Trump hasn't actually cut Social Security yet. I have no doubt-- not the slightest-- that Biden will do so as quickly as he can.

Republican oligarch Michael Bloomberg goes batshit when anyone calls him "Mini-Mike." But focus groups have told him to ditch the "Michael," now that he's pretending to be a Democrat, and brainwash everyone into calling him "Mike." Just plain ole regular Mike.

This could be labelled Part II of a post that began yesterday morning. The word "oligarch" comes from the Greek "rule by the few." The accepted definition today is "a very rich business leader with a great deal of political influence." Michael Bloomberg's photo could easily be next to the definition in any American dictionary.

Early yesterday, Axios posted a Jonathan Swan blurb about a Bloomberg stop in Compton, California-- Bernie country.

Trump's Super Bowl ad was rated dead last of 62 ads. He wasted $11 million on something that made people hate him even more than they already do. Bloomberg didn't do much better... just a little better. But Trump was the big 2020 Super Bowl loser.Thank God for YouTube.

Did you get inundated with requests for contributions on Friday? The DCCC and DSCC-- and the lame consultants they work with-- encourage their candidates to flood everyone's mailboxes with desperate, hollow pleas for donations for the bullshit "end of the month deadline." It used to be all about the end of the quarter deadline.

If this was still the 1960's-- when Bobby Rush was a co-founder of the Chicago chapter of the Black Panthers-- you might scratch your head and wonder how he could have endorsed a multi-billionaire former Republican mayor of New York who instituted a stop and frisk policy aimed directly at African-Americans.
