Late Tuesday night, the House voted on an amendment offered by Justin Amash (R-MI) and Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) to an omnibus appropriations bill. The amendment failed 253-175.
A few weeks ago, I had dinner with an old friend, an author who had recently interviewed David Koch for a book he's working on.
