Manuel Noriega, former president of Panama, died in prison this week at 83 after decades in custody. What exactly was his crime? He was a monster who turned on his enabler: George Herbert Walker Bush. Though Bush, 92, is not yet technically dead, he and Noriega will soon be chained together in Hell for all eternity.

Arguably one of the most influential thinkers and authors of the 20th and early 21st centuries, Brzezinski is regarded by many as the vanguard of modern globalism and the architect of the new world order.

Forty years ago tonight, President Jimmy Carter delivered an address making dark predictions of an imminent shortage of natural energy resources. But instead of ridiculing Carter’s speech, we should learn from it. It shows the power of markets to deal with resource constraints.
