Feel the love?In 2006, I started interacting with other progressive bloggers nationally through some e-mail groups. I freely shot off my mouth pretty regularly and often attacked Rahm Emanuel, than head of the DCCC. I assumed the 600 or so people on the list knew what I knew about Emanuel and his record as a neoliberal, self-serving and corrupt shit head. Bad assumption.

When phrases such as “the deep state” and “conspiracy theory” become staples of both the corporate mainstream media and the alternative press, we know the realities behind these phrases have outlasted their usefulness for the ruling elites that control the United States and for their critics, each of whom uses them refutably or corrobatively. These phrases are bandied about so often that they have become hackneyed and inane.

Pink News “404'ed” the video and article after it caught some flack on Twitter. In a New York university feminists are teaching that milking cows is now "sexual abuse." We move on to talk about the Philadelphia shooting, red flag laws and the lack of response by the mainstream media's, compared to El Paso, Dayton and the Garlic festival shootings.
