(ANTIMEDIA) — Earlier this week, the White House released a fresh warning that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was planning a chemical weapons attack and that he would pay a “heavy price” for doing so. The warning appeared to confuse a number of U.S. officials who had not been consulted before the warning was released.
Unreported by the Western media, the situation in the Syrian war continues to shift decisively in the Syrian government’s favour, and continues moreover to do so at a blistering rate.

Of course Sweden’s rehabilitation of ISIS fighters will work out just fine for Swedish citizens.

Iraqi forces in Mosul are rapidly gaining territory from ISIS after months of stalemate starting in 2016.
In the last three months, ISIS positions have been rapidly deteriorating in northern Iraq, although this has been accomplished at a very high cost in respect of the civilian death toll as well as the rapid destruction of both historic sites and modern infrastructure.

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has sent a message to his soldiers that they should not hold back when fighting ISIS, not under any circumstances.
He told soldiers to,
“…not hesitate to engage just because there are civilians. It is the duty of the civilians to flee or seek cover. We will face charges, sometimes massacre, you know a bullet hits through and through, one squeeze of the Armalite, it bursts out about three, four. Keep on pressing”.
