Documents revealed that the UN Security Council’s handling of the terrorism sanctions list back in February attempted to add four more ISIS affiliates to the list, affiliates from Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Libya, and Pakistan.

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has responded to the ISIS beheading of two Vietnamese civilian sailors captured off the cost of the Philippine island of Sibago.
The identities of the sailors has been confirmed as Hoang Trung Thong and Hoang Va Hai.

(ANTIMEDIA Op-Ed) — The U.N. refugee agency (UNHCR) says more than 440,000 internally displaced Syrians and about 31,000 of those who have fled abroad have now returned to their hometowns, the BBC reports.
According to the BBC, “most of them have returned to Aleppo, Hama, Homs and Damascus with the aim of checking on their properties and finding out about family members.”
