(ZHE) WikiLeaks’ latest Vault 7 release contains a batch of documents, named ‘Marble’, which detail CIA hacking tactics and how they can misdirect forensic investigators from attributing viruses, trojans and hacking attacks to their agency by inserted code fragments in foreign languages. The latest batch of information out of what is being called ‘Vault 7’ from Wikileaks included a leaked set of documents outlining the procedures for new CIA hackers coming to the US Consulate in Frankfurt. According to the documents the consulate is home to the Center for Cyber Intelligence Europe (CCIE) and is know for hacking operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
