GOP racism

by NoahWhite Nationalist broadcaster Laura Ingraham is quite a gal in Republican World. Just last Wednesday, as if to express solidarity with Sunday's "Unite The Right" white supremacy march in Washington, or even to outright promote it, she once again went full bigot on the airwaves of the FOX "News" channel. We shouldn't be surprised, of course. That's why she's there.

When Trump buddy Omarosa, a kind of a jester in his court for a short time, decided to "write" a book-- and especially after the title, Unhinged, was revealed, no one expected it to be less than scathing towards Señor Trumpanzee.

I know they don't teach basic civics in school any longer, but I'm old enough to have learned that we are a country of immigrants and that America was great because it was a melting pot-- even better than Canada which was disparaged as a mosaic in comparison.

There's a lot of hand-wringing lately about why Republican primary voters are voting for Nazis. And why are Nazis and fascists so attracted to the GOP? Fox News didn't actually wonder why-- no one would no why more than they would-- but they did report on the phenomena over the weekend.

When I became president of Reprise, my first trip overseas was to London to speak to the head of our affiliate company, a longtime friend and ally. (Years earlier, when my own indie label was on the verge of bankruptcy, this same guy signed me to a publishing deal that sent enough cash into the tiny company to keep us afloat and allowed our success.) But I wasn't there to celebrate past successes with him.

Whether on the air or here at DWT, whenever I want an example of the worst of the worst DCCC recruits for Congress, I invariably turn to south Jersey (NJ-02) and state Senator Jeff Van Drew. He has no saving grace... other than his ability to placate conservatives. That's because he is one himself. Next year, when he's in Congress, there will be virtually no crucial issues on which you will find Van Drew voting with the Democrats.

Right, not every Republican is a racist. But... every racist-- at least every open racist who wants to let his freak flag fly-- who wants to get into electoral politics knows exactly which party to get involved with.

Trump grew up in a racist family. His father, who he has always emulated, was arrested as KKK street brawler and Trump was taught at an early age to discriminate against blacks and Latinos in their real estate business.

If Roseanne just happens to be right and Ambien made her do it, should we check to see if Ambien was given out as a freebee in the promo goodie bag that republican delegates got at their whacked-out 2016 convention, aka Kleveland Kook Konvention? Is Ambien handed out at Trump rallies? What about cabinet meetings?

Trump doesn't tell the truth about anything. He never has. He's lied his way through life. And the video above, one of many showing him claiming to be "the least racist person" in the whole wide world, is just another flat out lie. Trump is a disgusting, vile racist, a disgrace for the United States. And most Americans finally see it.
