The "second wave" of the "pandemic" is the excuse for Draconian lockdown measures, economic destitution, and sweeping police powers. Police turned water cannons as tens of thousands of people protested in Berlin against lockdowns. Meanwhile, the media either demonizes anti-lockdown protesters or ignores them altogether.

The CDC claims the purpose of isolation is to protect vulnerable people. However, housing a bunch of sick people together has already proven to increase death rates. The timeline to terminate the program depends on sufficient hospital capacity, vaccines, and/or when the so-called pandemic subsides.

San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura, & Riverside County Sheriffs will not enforce the curfew order. The Los Angeles Sheriff will take a voluntary compliance approach, will not make any arrests related to order. Several of the sheriffs are refusing to enforce the curfew, questioning the constitutionality of the edict.

The Erie County Sheriff and Health Dept. officials attempted to disperse a meeting claiming it was in violation of Gov. Cuomo's new 10-person-or-less rule for gatherings. The crowd stood its ground and demanded the police leave. Law enforcement complied, apparently because they did not have an arrest warrant.

Rittenhouse faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, reckless homicide and attempted intentional homicide. He faces up to life imprisonment if convicted. Cash bail was set at $2 million. All three of the men who Rittenhouse shot had violent criminal histories.

An elderly woman in a nursing home is confused by being separated by a window when her son visits her. Loneliness and despair caused by Covid-19 policies have killed many Americans. It is easy to see how isolation of the elderly in medical facilities could cause death from despair. Where is the public outcry?

After the Republicans were doxxed, harassed, and threatened during a video conference, they caved in and certified the vote. On Wednesday, they rescinded their votes, citing bullying. However, the office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson says there is no legal mechanism for them to rescind their vote.

Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino, a former judge and district attorney, said, "Constitutionally, there are some problems with an executive order. There's no sanctions, I can't go arrest somebody, they don't get fined."

A recent court ruling against Newsom resulted in a Permanent Injunction that restrains him from issuing further unconstitutional orders and from creating new laws. This ruling serves as a precedent to challenge the lockdown.
