US strikes on Raqqa are related to the Qatar crisis

Days after Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Maldives, the Hadi government in Yemen and the Libyan House of Representatives government cut off all relations with Qatar, the US resumed missile strikes on Raqqa, the self-proclaimed ISIS capital on occupied Syrian territory.
The missiles have been launched from the George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group which yesterday left port in Dubai in the UAE and sailed to the Eastern Mediterranean.
This comes as the US backed Kurdish led SDF forces make a strong push on Raqqa by land.

Erdogan makes urgent phone call to Putin and Gulf leaders

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has made urgent phone calls to world leaders in an attempt to use his position to resole the current Qatar crisis in which Saudi Arabia led the charge to totally isolate the small Gulf state.
The UAE, Bahrain, Hadi government in Yemen, Tobruk government in Libya, the Asian Republic of Maldives and perhaps most importantly, the largest Arab state, Egypt have all severed all diplomatic and business ties with Qatar. Qatar’s neighbours have also started to close off land and sea routes to Qatar.

Russophobe Louise Mensch just called for jihad on Russia

Louise Mensch once coveted a high ranking position in Britain’s Conservative party but couldn’t pull it off. Then she tried to get Hillary Clinton elected POTUS and she failed at that too. Then, the self-professed former drug addict has became a professional Russophobe and now she has called for Russia to be punished by Salafist terrorists.
When most people were condemning the ISIS atrocity on London or otherwise engaged in constructive and long overdue debates on how western foreign policy causes terrorism, Mensch decided to insanely blame the attack on Russia.

Qatar crisis: It’s the oil stupid!

Saudi Arabia which has faced something close to an economic recession after years of plummeting oil prices, appears to be willing to do anything to retain its only major source of revenue.
Oil prices immediately increased as Saudi Arabia led the charge of Arab nations severing all diplomatic ties with Qatar.
The price of Brent Crude has jumped 32 cents and has achieved the crucial +$50 a barrel mark.

ISIS desecrates and burns down church in Philippines (VIDEO)

As the Philippine army goes after ISIS targets in the southern city of Marawi, ISIS in Philippines have made a video showing the destruction, desecration and ultimately the burning down of a local church.
Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has vowed to offer terrorists nothing but death in a rallying call to his nation.
There is little lower and more vile than destroying a holy place. ISIS does not represent a religion, it is merely a death cult.

Britain needs a Second Amendment–Britain needs legal gun ownership

The current and possibly outgoing British Prime Minister thinks that old fashioned East German style censorship will somehow prevent terrorism.
This ludicrous and counter productive proposal has been thoroughly picked apart by The Duran.

ISIS failed in London

There is little doubt that the two terrorist incidents in London tonight are the work of Jihadi terrorists acting on behalf of ISIS and that their intention is to intrude in their usual murderous way into the British general election.
This begs the question of whether ISIS will succeed in this objective.  The short answer, which can be given with confidence in the light of previous experience, is that if ‘intruding into the British general election’ equates to changing its outcome, then ISIS will fail.

100 years later, the west has authored a new Balfour Declaration for the Balkans

The illegal 1999 NATO war on Yugoslavia caused two parallel crises and is the proximate cause of a third. Most tragically, it caused the displacement of thousands of Serbians from their native Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija to other parts of Serbia. Many still live without permanent homes.
At the same time, although the Serbia province of Kosovo and Metohija became fully occupied by ethnic Albanians with the help of NATO forces and EU political enforcers, many decided to take up permanent residency in neighbouring countries including in Macedonia.
