California has issued over a million driver's licenses to illegal aliens over the past 3 years. Last month, the DMV admitted to 23,000 erroneous voter registrations. A research firm found11 California counties that have more registered voters than voting-age citizens!

The employees had to count the $3,000 in pennies — weighing 1,600 pounds — by hand.
