The Challengers by Nancy OhanianA new Langer poll for ABC News and the Washington Post shows that 86% of Democrats approve of Biden's pick of Kamala Harris as his running mate-- and so do most independents and even 25% of Republicans.

-by John LaeschWhile there were some small wins by the Sanders representatives on the Democratic Platform, it remains far from the, “most progressive platform ever” as toted by the party. Unfortunately, I also saw the Democratic Party fail future generations when they adopted the fossil fuel industry’s plans to “mitigate” the climate crisis.

I don't have the impression that most Democratic political leaders have a clear program for going forward as a nation. Republicans, though  do. The conservatives' vision is dystopian but they never take their eye off their goals. Obsessive money-greed does that to people. It's a problem.

This is a real thingThere was a little brouhaha on Friday over Bernie supposedly telling CNN's Chris Cuomo that he wants a position in Hillary's administration. He doesn't. He's pushing for his policy positions-- not a position for himself. I don't want to see Donald Trump as president.
