Miami Cop Charged with Drug Trafficking While Out on Bail for Sexual Battery and Armed Kidnapping

A former Miami cop accused of fondling a woman in the back of his patrol car escaped armed kidnapping and sexual battery charges Monday but now faces charges for buying $60,000 worth of cocaine from a confidential informant.
In 2011, Luis Hernandez picked up the 44-year-old victim from police headquarters to transport her to the Miami-Dade County jail after she was arrested following a bar brawl.
But instead of taking her to the jail, he drove her to a parking lot and told her, “I’m going to help you.”

A man in Georgia received a surprise when cops entered his house looking for drugs he didn’t have before he turned on his camera and began to record the illegal invasion.
It turned out, the cops were investigating a crime “at the neighbors’ house” when they stumbled into the man’s living room.
The video was posted on Central Florida Cop Block’s youtube channel, but PINAC was unable to identify the man, although we are still trying.
 

North Carolina Deputy Justified in Killing Man Asking for Search Warrant

A North Carolina grand jury chose not to indict a sheriff’s deputy who shot and killed a man after he demanded to see a warrant to search his home last year.
Harnett County sheriff’s deputies banged on John Livingston’s door last November, searching for an assault suspect who was not at the home.
Livingston demanded to see a search warrant, but the deputies had none, so Livingston shut the door in their face.

Houston Cop Busted for Lying by Camera, Falsely Arrested Man Who Accidentally Dropped Legal Gun

“I just don’t see how he has the heart to lie,” a tearful Julian Carmona told local TV, as you can see below, “I mean, when there’s kids… Can he be honest and tell the truth?”
Houston cop William Wright has been busted by video for an arrest he made last week, claiming a Julian Carmona pointed a gun at him, when in fact his gun was in his pickup truck the whole time.
Carmona is accused of felony aggravated assault.

Michigan Cop Nails Jogger With Felony, Really Did Nothing Wrong, Pleaded Guilty Anyway

A Michigan cop arrested a runner for refusing to identify herself to the officer, who claimed she was jogging down the wrong side of the road.
But the cop was wrong.
It didn’t matter, because bad legal counsel turned a clueless citizen’s bad situation into a criminal conviction.
It cost her $707 in fines.
Vera Pecaj followed her lawyer’s advice to take a plea bargain to misdemeanor charges, because she was afraid of losing possible felony verdict in court.

A video uploaded to YouTube shows a San Antonio Independent School District cop named Joshua Kehm body-slamming a 12-year-old girl face-first into concrete on March 29 as you can see in the video below.
It knocked the girl unconscious.
“She landed on her face!” a bystander says after the cop body slams her, apparently leaving her unconscious.
The incident occurred at Rhodes Middle School in San Antonio, Texas.
Officer Kehm then handcuffed the girl and she stands up, walking away with him.
