Texas Cop Killed Jordan Edwards Because of PTSD from War, Cop’s Mother Claims

The family of the Texas cop fired after shooting an unarmed 15-year-old honor student is blaming the tragic death on the cop’s post-traumatic stress disorder from serving two tours in the Iraq war.
Statements about his mental health possibly reveals clues about his intended defense if former Balch Springs police officer Roy Oliver ever gets criminally charged.
His mother, Linda Oliver, says her son is an honorable family man who would never have endangered Jordan Edwards because her son has two toddlers of his own.

Pennsylvania State Senator Caught On Camera Attacking Photographer

A Pennsylvania state lawmaker just got caught on camera assaulting a photographer at a public speaking event, confiscating his camera and refusing to return it in a pair of videos which you can see below.
The photographer is an opposition researcher for the political action committee American Bridge, who walked into the back of the room and recorded about five minutes of the Senator’s comments.

Florida Deputy Masturbates, Sleeps and Sexts On-Duty Verbally Reprimanded Until Video Surfaces

A Florida deputy who spent almost a year sending videos of himself masturbating to a woman he met online ended up resigning when the woman filed a complaint against him.
But Vera O’Reilly only filed a complaint against Gulf County sheriff’s deputy Brian Smith after he had purchased an airline ticket to visit her in Canada.
And Smith only resigned after O’Reilly’s initial complaints to the department went ignored and she turned to a retired cop turned private investigator who publicized the video showing Smith masturbating.

Body Cam Footage Shows Jordan Edwards Shot and Killed in Car Driving Away from Police

At first, Texas cops claimed they shot and killed 15-year-old Jordan Edwards because he was in a car driving in an “aggressive manner”  towards an officer.
But Balch Springs Police Chief Jonathan Haber has since said the car was driving away from officers before the cop fired, killing the teen who was riding passenger in a car driven by his brother.

Texas Cop Kills Unarmed 15-Year-Boy in Questionable Shooting

A Texas cop shot and killed a 15-year-old boy named Jordan Edwards Saturday night, claiming the boy was inside a car that was driving in an “aggressive manner” towards another officer.
But that’s the same old excuse police always use when they shoot into moving cars; an overused cop cliche that has been proven false many times by video evidence.
And it will likely be proven false here once the Balch Springs Police Department release body and dash cam videos from the incident that took place around 11 p.m. in a suburb outside Dallas.

WATCH: Michigan Judge Finds Attorney in Contempt for Live Streaming Trial already being Live Streamed

Two television news cameras were live streaming the ridiculous trial of a man cited for warming up his car in the driveway of his Michigan home during subfreezing temperatures when the judge turned to the defense and asked if they were live streaming.
Attorney Nicholas Somberg acknowledged that his associate sitting behind him was live streaming, but had only done so after asking the local media if it was permissible.
But Roseville District Judge Marco Santia was infuriated that Somberg did not fill out a permission slip approved by him and ruled him in contempt of court.
