One Kentucky judge filed suit against his oversight panel, because his free speech has caused a legal firestorm to erupt in Louisville.
Judge Stevens contends that the Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission is violating his First Amendment right to freedom of speech after he made controversial commentary from the bench and on Facebook.
So, the Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Olu Stevens has taken the step of filing a federal lawsuit against the Commission and its members in their official capacity.

A Cincinnati judge probably handed down a cruel and unusual punishment to a teenager for taking one last photograph of a friend at a pre-trial hearing.
Eighteen-year-old man Daymar Whitehead angered Ohio Judge Robert Ruehlman when he took smart phone pictures of deputies escorting his friend down the courthouse hallway from his bond reduction hearing.
“Free Maleik!”
Whitehead gave a shout out to his friend, and then took photos of his pal Maleik in the hallway with deputies as they took him away.
Hamilton County Courthouse Deputies then arrested him.

Well, lies is what got a Raleigh Sheriff’s Deputy fired along with 175 cases thrown out of court in which the deputy was a witness for.
Deputy Robert Davis of the Wake County Sheriff’s Department caused 175 traffic and DWI cases to be dismissed because he failed to be honest.
Now, the Wake County District Attorney is livid because the cases can’t be prosecuted– prosecutions are the backbones of a prosecutor’s career.
