Florida State Trooper Chases Away PINAC Reporter From Crash Scene

A Florida Highway Patrol officer did not appreciate PINAC’s Jeff Gray from photographing and recording the scene of a single motorcycle accident Friday, ordering him away from what he called “my crime scene.”
But the cop did not say a thing to the woman who rode her bicycle right through the scene.
And Gray did not even cross the street as the woman did.
But he did not have a camera, so that made all the difference in the world.

NYPD Cops Return to Restaurant to Delete Video After Making Aggressive Arrests

Responding to a fight that broke out in a Brooklyn Ecuadorian restaurant Saturday, New York City police officers proceeded to arrest an employee not involved in the fight after he told them not to kick a handcuffed patron.
That suggestion prompted NYPD officers to turn their aggression on him, slamming him to the ground and punching him several times before striking his head with a blackjack.
Then after they had taken him and two other men to jail, the cops returned to the restaurant and proceeded to delete surveillance video that captured the incident.

The man pulled out his phone and began recording, explaining to the cop that he was only picking up his daughter.
The cop said he only wanted to search him for weapons and he’ll be on his way, but the man was not very willing to allow himself to be frisked. But when the cop asked if he had any weapons on him, the man said no.

Yes, that heinous crime of jaywalking, which is taken very serious in Austin as we learned last year when the city made international news after police beat up a jogger for jaywalking.

The arrest was captured by his friend, Dave, who was not arrested, even though he stood about 40 feet away recording the arrest.
The cops apparently did not realize the two were together, even though they both were carrying cameras.

“I have no malicious intent,” assured the videographer, who goes by Superrick568 on YouTube.
