This morning, the Wall Street Journal reported that Amazon multi-billionaire Jeff Bezos made a $10 million contribution to the With Honor Fund, a super PAC that aims to elect military veterans to Congress. More identity group politics?
There aren't many primaries left this cycle-- Massachusetts today, Delaware Thursday, New Hampshire a week from today, Rhode Island a week from tomorrow and Louisiana on election day in November (don't ask).
I don't have any firsthand knowledge of Ayanna Pressley. Everything I've heard about her has been excellent. But I do know Mike Capuano-- and he's nothing like Joe Crowley. I'm certain there was no one in the country working harder and more consistently than I was to displace Crowly over the last decade-- although it took a grassroots wonderwoman and her team to eventually do it.
