How Flawed Is Too Flawed To Be An Effective Candidate?
I'm sure no one doubts that Trump and his allies have every intention in the world of causing as much chaos as they can-- and worse-- in the 2020 Democratic primaries.

I didn't bother writing a Worst Democraps Who Want To Be President post about one of the very worst Democraps trying to run, New Dem multimillionaire John Delaney. That's because he's not really a threat to anyone any more. He sold his Maryland House seat to David Trone and then moved to Iowa about a year ago. He isn't gaining any traction. He rarely breaks 1% in the polls.
Almost every time I watch a Bernie Sanders speech or video, like the one above, I think, oh, that could be part of his 2020 announcement. Well... we won't have to wait much longer. I don't think anyone will be surprised to know that Bernie is getting close to announcing. And Saturday, Politico reported that his announcement video has been recorded.
BETO by Nancy OhanianChris Cillizza delivers the most superficial and stupidest way to watch the 2020 nomination race on CNN every month. Yesterday, he moved Bernie, Klobuchar and Castro up in his "power ranking," while Sherrod Brown and Kirsten Gillibrand moved down.
I don't know what Beto's going to do-- hopefully run against John Cornyn for Senate-- but I do know the other 3 "Bs" are staffing up for their campaigns. Bernie. Biden. Bloomberg. Bloomberg and Biden are both on the Worst Democraps Who Want To Be President list.
The Nightline video clip above ran Monday night. It's a decent introduction to a presidential candidate for ABC News viewers. It's weird that the Democratic Party gatekeepers at MSNBC refuse to recognize Marianne Williamson as a "real" candidate. Tuesday night Rachel Maddow-- who should stick to Russian conspiracy theories (which she doers better than anyone) and leave electoral politics to people who know something that doesn't come from candidates' press releases and briefing books-- had Cory Booker on for an interview.
Maybe you like Pelosi and her leadership team or maybe you hate them. Or maybe you like it when they do something decent and hate them when they do something awful. Yesterday Pelosi sent out a statement condemning Ilhan Omar for trying to break the iron grip of the Likud (and its tail, AIPAC) over U.S. Middle East policy.
