Ah, American Presidential Politics –
how sweet the sound
of war
with bombs bursting
across the airwaves
and popping up
in the form
of misquoted memes
and out of context soundbites
on every social media news feed
that I scroll through.
All I seem to see for miles
is fascists lined up to the left
and raving socialists lined up to the left
(right wing, broken wing);
and while I’m quite sure
they all have
some really swell ideas
as to how and go about
setting up their perfectly orchestrated,
centrally controlled,
black boot enforced,
socially engineered,
collectivized paradise on earth,
all I can seem to wonder
is how they could be so silly
as to forget
the most important aspect of life’s game:
Individual Sovereignty.
The bottom line –
The biggest Beast falls hardest
To get to the point
of the fact of the matter,
your interest
holds no debt here,
your taxes
are not welcomed,
so shove them down your throat
or where the sun don’t shine…
just get ‘em out of my face
because I gag on the taste
of all that poison
you keep pushing
like a washed up pimp…
casting all that
hoodoo voodoo
bullshit idol worship.
like a cult, like a bubble,
like a burst, like a crash
As for all that crass
madness
of your religious fervor nightmares
that you’re trying to force
down upon our righteous freedoms…
well, we’ve been through this before,
you see, and it didn’t
wind up so well
for the crown
in the end…
so just keep that monarchic prayer
in the closet
where Jesus was preaching
a sermon
of salvation with a whip.
There are plenty more
atrocities
you’re trying to use
to kill the constitution,
but, thankfully, there is still time
left in this process
to shout out and shoot down
your lame grabs for power…
after all,
this country is
still armed to the teeth…
with just enough bite left
to make sure you banks don’t get too greedy.
