NSDC: Two Ukrainian soldiers killed, nine wounded in past 24 hours

Two Ukrainian soldiers have been killed in the east in the past 24 hours, the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) said.
“We have lost two servicemen killed and nine wounded over the past day,” NSDC Information and Analytical Center Spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.

Over 100 Ukrainian troops killed in ATO area over past 2 months – Foreign Ministry
More than 100 Ukrainian military have been killed and about 600 injured since the moment the ceasefire was declared in the antiterrorist operation area in eastern Ukraine on September 5, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said.
While the intensity of the armed conflict has declined, militants are continuing to shell Ukrainian government forces and conduct offensive operations, he said.
“As a result of this, more than 100 Ukrainian servicemen have been killed and about 600 injured over the past two months,” Perebyinis said at a news conference on Tuesday.
A trilateral contact group for Ukraine signed a ceasefire protocol at a session in Minsk on September 5.
