• On 4 December 2015, the German Bundestag voted to deploy its military to join the US war against Syria: 445 against 145, with seven abstentions. In the coalition of the CDU/CSU over which the US sock puppet Angela Merkel presides delivered 289 votes together with the coalition partner, SPD’s 153 votes for adding Syria to the current Afghanistan and Mali portfolio of warmongering. The Grünen delivered 3 “yes” votes to ice the cake. Only 28 SPD deputies and 2 CDU deputies voted against their parties. Die Linke voted “no” with all 62 deputies present. 53 of the 63 Green Party deputies voted against the government’s motion. Motions by Die Linke to stop arms exports to the region, including terrorist states like Saudi Arabia and Qatar, were defeated.
