It isn’t easy being a kid these days: the school day has changed a great deal since the current generations’ parents were in school. With a greater emphasis on school work and testing, something had to disappear to make way for the focus on more academic pursuits. With more time trapped in desk chairs and less time to move around, teachers have noticed kids have a harder time than ever sitting still.
