Again, while most Americans have had their minds numbed and dumbed down these last few days with the crapola spewing from their Jew spew media, there is REAL news elsewhere on the planet, and especially some major news coming out of the peaceful nation of Venezuela that the criminal American government would dearly love to have their patented "regime change" take place.... I want to present some of that REAL news here for my own readers to view for themselves....First, I do want to present the following important updates to the real situation in Venezuela, and especially the alarming news that the nation was once again hit by one of those insidious American made "stuxnet" variant viruses that once again knocked out Venezuela's power grid the other day.... Here is that first update on that alarming news, from a few days back, courtesy of Jim Stone from his website at www.jimstone.is, for everyone to view right here:Venezuela update:
VENEZUELA NOW 90 PERCENT WITHOUT POWER, IT IS WORSE THAN THE FIRST ORIGINAL BLACKOUT. After getting another virus attack that did not do nearly as much as the original blackout, they rapidly restored 70 percent of power, only to now have it crash down to 10 percent or less. It is definitely the U.S. doing this, and considering Venezuela knows it is a virus to then have it take all power down to below 10 percent when they already had experience handling this might mean a hot war has started. I speculated this earlier today, only to be proven wrong. However, the new scenario is a LOT worse.
Venezuela has specifically declared that a new virus attack happened at Guri
My comment: This is why you kill the perpetrators, rather than give them a snowflake chat. It discourages imitators.
UPDATE: 57 percent of Venezuela's power is now out. CONFIRMED (my initial statement was wrong because not enough was lost for Guri to be the problem, However:) ANOTHER VIRUS ATTACK HAPPENED AT GURI. THIS TIME ONLY PART OF GURI WAS TAKEN OUT.
Venezuela is going to get sick of this quite quickly, I have repeatedly stated America's electrical infrastructure can be taken out also, and it won't take an army to do it. A few well timed saboteurs to circumvent re-routing and POOF, the same as Venezuela. Playing with fire . . . . . . tit for tat is too easy in this case. It is genuinely stupid to screw with Venezuela like this.It appears that either Guri Dam or the largest lines out of Guri have been taken out.
Hot war?
Waiting for updates - Venezuela's power has been cut again. This could be the start of a war with Venezuela. Venezuela's main power weakness is the fact that practically all power comes from a single, absolutely giagantic facility. Take that out, and that's all she wrote. Under normal circumstances such a facility would never go down. But war is not a normal circumstance. If it does not come back online quickly, most likely either another virus was successfully planted or a hot war has started. Obviously saboteurs could have done a miracle job on a large distribution line also.UPDATE: It appears one of the major distribution lines has been taken out. Guri is still online. An EMP could have done it, sabotage could have done it, a military attack could have done it, or a temporary prankster trick (such as sneaking into switch facilities and shutting it off) could have done it. You can see this underway Here.Worth mentioning because this (could) be the start of a hot war (but there is no mention of this yet) and if it suddenly goes back up to "normal" by the end of the day, it was a prankster shutting it off. (This can be easily done in the U.S. in many places) but there are so many power generating facilities and so much redundancy it would be done to limited effect.I will once again state that this was an act of REAL terrorism conducted against the nation of Venezuela, and could indeed be described an undeclared declaration of war against Venezuela by the criminals in the United States.... Jim calling this a "hot war" may indeed be classified as accurate due to the circumstances involved...And after those reports, comes the interesting follow up, where Jim may indeed be spot on in stating that the power hit was purposely conducted by the criminals in the US for the fact that the Venezuelan's have been (finally) bringing in their allied Russian forces to bolster their defensive capabilities against a planned American attack on their peaceful nation... Here is that update:I am going to clarify my explanation of how Venezuela could be fooled with a very difficult to troubleshoot power problem
In case you do not know, the U.S. attacked Venezuela's grid again over the Russian soldiers being there.
The explanation got too cryptic in my earlier post. Even this will be cryptic to a lot of people -All distribution level power is three phase. It requires interaction between three separate sine waves that are 120 degrees out of phase with each other. This in effect delivers the power to industrial motors at 180 hz which makes them run a lot smoother but it is as cheap as using single phase. It is a great way to do it. Ok, so there are three phases used. Got it.Normally, when power "goes out", only one of the three phases is lost. This is the scenario 99.999 percent of the time. It is what every repair crew is going to expect. In this scenario, a hot stick will tell you two phases are on, and one is off. A hot stick is a sensor on the end of a long fiberglass pole that is long enough to reach the power lines. It does not have to actually touch the line to know if it is live. It beeps really loud so you can hear it from the ground and it also blinks real bright. During a normal power loss, two lines will beep and blink, and the bad one will do nothing. This is because the two phases that are still on can interact with each other and cause the power to stay off the 3rd line that is not working.
If I was going to use a virus to knock out a grid, here's what I'd do
I'd find computer controlled switch gear that has contacts that operate independently. Super reliable vacuum contactors and solid state units are this way. I'd have the virus tell such switching units to only put ONE of the three in, and indicate all 3 are in. With only one phase in, the readings on the other two lines are going to be bogus, and they will set off a hot stick, "confirming" power is there. This is because with only one phase present, inductive coupling can take over and make it appear the entire system is online, to devices such as a hot stick. This is the type of device modern electrical crews troubleshoot with. They'll never suspect they are getting false readings because two phases are out, because all that is ever lost is one phase. With the computer "confirming" all three phases are there because it is infected, they'll be LOST. And because they are dealing with half a million volts, getting up there with a meter to check between phases to see if they really are working would be a daunting challenge, you don't put a meter directly on such wires to prove they work. That would require really specialized gear and a lot of setup time, IF it ever got done at all. It is simply not approachable. You really do need to use a hot stick. If Venezuela can't troubleshoot this outage (I can't get the details on this) it is because a virus infected power transfer switch that is either solid state or has vacuum contactors is only hooking up one phase, then reporting back all 3 phases are working, and the crew is out there with a hot stick getting false readings with their thumbs up their butts. If a virus is part of the equation, that's probably exactly what is happening, people will totally pull their hair out trying to find the problem while all test equipment is either giving false readings or lying outright because of a virus.Switch gear that does not use vacuum contactors or solid state is less reliable and has mechanical linkages that force all 3 in at once. It is good enough however for it to be what most power is switched through. That's the kind that was in Jurassic Park. With that type of gear, you can't use a virus to set up complex troubleshooting puzzles because it will either work or not work. Since Venezuela was state of the art, (unlike the B.S. we are getting from the propaganda department, ) chances are they are using either solid state or vacuum switches, that can be rigged by a virus to cause totally mind blowing troubleshooting issues.Good luck getting THAT back on!I don't know why Venezuela is being kept out of the newsAn obvious U.S. attack BECAUSE of Russia's new presence there, obviously to send a message to Russia, in a way that could spark a war with Russia. And it is not in the news. Because "they" don't want anyone in the U.S. to know why a war with Russia really started. For the answer to how that kind of info blackout can happen, Watch this six minute video where Glenn Greenwald spells out exactly who runs the U.S. mediaAnd then you'll know why there's not a peep about this on Drudge, but there's an ENORMOUS red headline about Jussie Smollett being let totally off the hook with his case sealed and discarded, while the Chicago police freak out like a hive of wasps. The deep state saved Jussie's behind in the most clear and obvious way all the while Venezuela is clearly stating they had no equipment problems yet the power is out, obviously because of an attack, WITH RUSSIAN TROOPS RIGHT THERE. That's not news, Jussie is!There is an extremely high probability of direct military conflict with Russia, and it is not in the news. Great.NOT A COINCIDENCE: I just realized this - Russia sent troops in 3 large aircraft. Bolton threatened Venezuela over the troops being there. The planes took off, and left the troops behind. 20 minutes later, the lights go out! HA HA HA, it could not possibly be more obvious. Nothing stealthy about that.
I don't know why I did not draw the connection immediately - I was on top of this power outage within 10 minutes of it happening, and LOW AND BEHOLD one of the Russian planes (I think it was the AN-125) was (approximately) over Isla Los Rogues flying back to where it came from. The U.S. obviously used a virus to cut Venezuela's power right when that plane took off with no Russian troops aboard.
I think the Russians are going to be of no help with the current outage.
Update: After I mentioned Oracle was faking their stats, they changed the impact rating from 2.3 to over 100. That's better, but the real impact rating is closer to 200.
Disastrous power outage in Venezuela again
It is perfectly clear that the U.S. is doing this to welcome the Russian military. Bolton gave a warning to Venezuela to get the troops out, and four hours later POOF went the power.
Venezuela is claiming it is an EMP attack, but I think they don't know what it is causing it, other than that it was not an equipment malfunction. I seriously doubt it was EMP, that would be picked up globally if it was enough to take out Venezuela's grid.It is far worse than the first big one at the beginning of the month. Oracle is misrepresenting this, and that is important to know. They are producing a composite number saying Venezuela is normal when even their own charts show Venezuela is offline. The only two media sources reporting this are RT and AP. AP is reporting it because they know that after they failed to scam everyone on Russiagate, if they continue to be dishonest they are TOAST.All of the monitoring sites are either mixing facts with B.S. or are updating this one really slowly. The official word is that 82 percent of the power is out, but I think it is worse. My guess at how the power is out: With three phase power, you need two phases working to get power anywhere. Lots of stuff won't work with only two phases, but power won't be totally out and it is very easy to troubleshoot, the symptoms are obvious. It is virtually impossible to lose two phases and get down to only one phase, but if it ever does go down to one phase and there is nothing really wrong with the system, that one phase will back feed into everything and make it look like all 3 phases are present, but there is no power despite it "all being there". If a virus was sent to digital controlled switch gear, and there was any way to fool that switch gear to only put one phase online, nothing at all would work, everything would look like it has power and it would be one hell of a mystery problem unless someone actually used a piece of test equipment to confirm all 3 phases were really there. And that is really difficult to do when working with hundreds of thousands of volts. Venezuela may have a situation where the switch gear is saying all 3 phases are there because the virus is telling it to, when really there is only one. And one phase back feeding would make all 3 lines deadly, as if everything had normal power and you could measure it right on the output of the switch gear and "see all power is there". Only testing across phases would show the problem. Such a problem won't happen with two phases, one phase will be obviously dead. But with no counterbalance in the system anywhere (as would happen with one phase present) it would make troubleshooting a bastard, unless it was done exactly the right way by people who knew what a virus could accomplish because a "one phase present" problem never happens in real life. No one is going to look for that.
I am only saying this because obviously they don't know why the power is out, and are saying EMP, Viruses, and whatever else. I am going with : There is a virus in the system that is fooling Venezuela's VERY ADVANCED equipment - (forget the propaganda, they are state of the art) and this equipment is probably possible to trick into showing "all is normal" while being internally tweaked to produce a nightmare problem that is very dangerous to troubleshoot properly due to the only good test points being at 500, 000+ volts and the need for the oldest of the old school test gear to get around the virus. Venezuela probably does not have that type of test gear laying around anymore, let alone an old schooler that would know how to use it.Everything Venezuela is likely to have is going to be computer controlled and will show all 3 lines working, as I originally said. With a virus in the system lying about what is there, it is going to take an old schooler who never even heard of a virus using the old stuff that can't be fooled to fix this, and THEN he's going to have to do it exactly the right way to see the problem. Like I probably said - that's awful tough to do at half a million volts. It would take all day just to go through the safety procedures needed to perform such a test if no one was familiar with doing it and they probably are not, the computers have been doing it for them.
There would be an easy way to test this in five minutes - Just send a drone up to the power lines with a long wire trailing off the back of it and have it short that wire across all 3 power lines. If nothing blows up, the problem is as I described.Disastrous power outage in Venezuela again

If nothing blows up, the problem is as I described. This is NOT a strange "coincidence" that this massive Venezuelan power hit occurred shortly AFTER the Russians flew those transport aircraft into Caracas and unloaded a lot of gear and some 100+ personnel.... This was a BLATANT message by the criminals in the US that they will continue these insidious assaults on the Venezuelan people until they somehow can convince the Venezuelan nation to bow to their criminal and evil wishes!Next, we find another major update, where Jim has put the pieces together and is stating that not only was the power grid attack done as a message to Venezuela by the criminals in the US, and against the Russians now implementing their advanced S300 ( and possibly S400) air defence systems in Venezuela, but that the criminal "Random" Guaido has had the GALL to come out and claim responsibility for that attack! Here is that update here:BOOM: The power outage was probably done because Maduro bought S-300's from Russia, These arrived on the 3 planes the U.S. just complained about, (including an AN-124 and an AN-125) along with 190 tech experts to put the system online. This will help curtail future U.S. attacks and it appears Maduro is now going full on to bust and flush Guaido. The power outage continues . . . . . Venezuela just put it's S-300's online in the middle of this power outage
I don't care what the U.S. and shadow state dreams up, Maduro is not a usurper, at least not in the same league as Guiado being a usurper. It is impossible for Guiado to be a legit "president" when 80 percent of Venezuelans did not even know who he was until the U.S. tried to put him in. That's not "80 percent voted against him, " it is 80 percent never even thought of voting for him because they never heard of him.
GUAIDO JUST CONFIRMED HE IS BEHIND THE POWER OUTAGE!!"There will be no continuation of electricity in Venezuela until Maduro is removed". My comment: How could he be so sure of this after Maduro got the lights back on the last time? Obvious answer: He knows the U.S. is doing it, and now has enough strategic assets in place to ensure the power never comes back on. However, I believe I know what Venezuela needs to do to get it back on, so I gave a detailed synopsis of what needs to be done on this page. After I posted it, the site got glitchy. So someone is probably pissed. It is rumored that all the people that arrived from Russia recently are Russia's top cyber security experts. So it is the U.S. against Russia now, in a cyber war on Venezuelan turf. Here is my solution, in very few words: The virus has infected three phase switch gear in which the contactors are either vacuum or solid state based. Unlike mechanical switch gear that automatically connects all 3 phases, solid state and vacuum switch gear will allow a virus to only put one phase in. The virus infected gear and indicators will report that all three phases are in. When only one phase is in, induction can take over and spoof test equipment that has no viruses into indicating all power is online, when it is not. This will result in a problem that is an absolute nightmare to solve. That's it in a nut shell, only old school methods will prove this and fix this. More detail is down the page a ways.
There is no doubt Guaido is behind this outage, and he's claiming he is the solution to it! YEP. DUH. Not a good reason for Venezuelans to accept him.
I for one am NOT surprised at all by these actions by the US... And Jim hit the nail on the head by realizing that this was once again a vain attempt by the US criminal government to try to 'warn' Venezuela against their implementation of advanced Russian air defence systems...And in fact, my fellow Canadian real truth seeker, Greencrow, who hails from the nether regions of wild southern British Columbia, has come out with her own article about this Venezuelan move to implement the Russian S300 air defence systems.... Here is the link to her article here for all to read:http://greencrowasthecrowflies.blogspot.com/2019/03/greencrow-prescient-again-report.htmlI am in agreement with Crow on this one... But I am in the belief that the Venezuelan government should get Russia's further assistance by bringing in the even more advanced S400 systems, and get a lot of their other defence systems upgraded by purchasing the advanced Su35 and Su37 aircraft that would be more than a match to anything the US can put into the air right now.... Those upgrades are desperately needed right now due to the fact that now with the US government getting the fraud "Russia Gate" monkey off their back, the criminal Drumpf administration may be "emboldened" to try to take a step internationally and move against Venezuela directly and very shortly...And about that "Random" Guaido... If what is stated is true, and everything points to it as being valid, then the man has openly shown himself to be a traitor to the Venezuelan people and should be arrested immediately and locked up for years, or executed for being a traitor.....Yes, the situation in Venezuela is changing rapidly once again, and it will be interesting to see what happens next in this war for the freedom of the Venezuelan people from possible US tyranny.... I will present those updates when they do become available, so stay tuned...More to comeNTS
