- Since the beginning of August 2016, Portugal and its Madeira archipelago have been plagued by wildfires, destroying forests and many homes.
- France’s faux-socialist government has exploited every provocation (real or contrived) to justify the state of siege declared by the Bush clone in the Elysée Palace (also known as M. Hollande). The state of siege law was due to expire just before the amazing multiple killings in Nice. Anyone who compares the speech Hollande made after the “truck attack” on the Cote d’Azur with the speech made by G W Bush before passage of the infamous Patriot Act, should not be surprised at the almost verbatim similarities. - RMS Lusitania, named after the Roman province, today called Portugal, sunk on 7 May 1915 while transporting armaments from the US to Britain under pretense of “civilian transport”. Its sinking provided one of the pretexts used by J P Morgan et al. to push the US regime into the first world war, ultimately to defend the enormous loans made by US banks to the “Allies”, when it appeared that the German Reich could win the war or at least force Britain and France into an unfavourable ceasefire. Of course, today as it was a century ago, wars are still waged to defend banks from the risks of their usury.
