A draft decision by the Supreme Court was leaked to the media regarding the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in which Mississippi is essentially asking the Supreme Court to overturn its abortion policy based on Roe v. Wade and the 1992 Supreme Court decision from Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
