Final Panel “Reinvigorating the Alliance at the 2014 NATO Summit”

At the end of the Georgian Defence and Security Conference the final panel referred to upcoming NATO Summit and future plans of the Alliance. Within the discussions the participants talked about the challenges face to NATO and the ways how to respond to them. The participants talked over the necessity of reviewing the policy by NATO before the upcoming Summit in accordance with the reality existing in the world.
Senior Fellow and Director at the German Marshall Fund of the United States Damon Wilson, Permanent Representatives of Estonia and Romania to NATO Lauri Lepik and Stelian Stoian, as well as Senior Fellow for Asia of German Marshall Fund of the United States Daniel Twining took part in the final panel of GDSC.
The representative of College of International Security Affairs of National Defence University Grigol Mgaloblishvili moderated the final panel.
