Barack Obama has admitted his personal responsibility for the deaths of two hostages held by Al-Qaeda.
An American citizen – Warren Weinstein – and an Italian national – Giovanni Lo Porto – were killed during a US air raid on a terrorist compound back in January.
The facility was located in a region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
