Study Finds Excess/ Unexpected Deaths Jumped 85% over Three Years

Americans should have an advantage over other countries in terms of life span due to its economic position. But life expectancy has decreased. In 2019, there were 483,000 excess deaths in the US that were higher than normal, but in 2021, the number rose to 892,000 excess deaths that amount to 1 in 4 deaths.
