It has been a while since I last took a shot at the abysmal Lockheed Martin overpriced and abysmal "F35 Lightning II" so called 'stealth' fighter that to me is one of the greatest wastes of finances in all of human history....This piece of shit (POS for short) flying "turkey" is way overpriced and could bankrupt nations that are stupid enough to purchase this POS..... It is too slow for any possible operations and is too slow for air to air combat... It does not even have a proper gun yet for air to air combat to this date.... It cannot fly in the rain as raindrops "ruin" its so called "stealth covering"... It has a horrific "Vertical Take Off and Landing" (VTOL) engine that gobbles jet fuel at such a rate that its "range" is severely limited... Its single engine means that if the engine fails, it is curtains for the aircraft (something to think about by the Canadian knuckleheads wanting this POS).... Its armaments are "limited" to some 4-6 missiles internally only, making is air combat capabilities also severely limited... And its "stealth" is a joke since "stealth" is limited to a narrow bandwidth of radar detection and useless when facing nations that "sweep" their bandwidths and frequencies of their radars!..... Basically it is a flying joke and will be nothing more than a death knell to any pilot flying this thing into "combat"....Now comes another interesting piece of information that I came across today, and comes courtesy of Michael Rivero's What Really Happened website, at www.whatreallyhappened.com... For apparently the US House Armed Services Committee just released a report that states that the US Navy does not have the range necessary for practical "stealth" strikes at all! Here is that report here, and I have further thoughts and comments to follow:
Navy’s F-35 doesn’t have range for real stealth strikes, House report says
The House Armed Services Committee has sent its report on the Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to the floor. And buried in that report are words of caution about the F-35C, the Navy's version of the F-35 Lightning II, also known as the Joint Strike Fighter—and the Navy's whole carrier air capability in general. The reason for that concern is that the F-35C doesn't have the range to conduct long-range strikes without in-flight refueling—and the Navy's tanker planes are not exactly "stealth."The F-35C suffers somewhat from the length of its development cycle. Competition for the Joint Strike Fighter program began in 1993—25 years ago—when the military threats facing the United States were significantly different. In 1993, there was no concern about Chinese "carrier killer" anti-ship ballistic missiles, for example; but in 2010, China introduced the Dongfeng (or Dong-Feng) 21D, an anti-ship ballistic missile with a range of 900 miles and a circular error probability of 20 meters. That's accurate enough, with satellite tracking and terminal guidance, to hit an aircraft carrier far offshore. The F-35C's advertised range is 1,200 nautical miles (roughly 2,200 kilometers), roughly 10 percent longer than that of the F/A-18. But for most strikes, that would require the carriers launching F-35C sorties to be much closer to the coast than falls within the comfort zone. And with advanced air and coastal defense systems—including, for example, the sorts that are popping up on islands in the South China Sea these days—less-than-stealthy tanker planes would give up the whole game.Share: Facebook Twitter Google Plus Myspace MSN Live Yahoo LinkedIn Orkut Digg DeliciousPosted on May 24, 2018 at 09:40Read more: Navy’s F-35 doesn’t have range for real stealth strikes, House report says | WHAT REALLY HAPPENED http://ww.whatreallyhappened.com/de/content/navy%E2%80%99s-f-35-doesn%E2%80%99t-have-range-real-stealth-strikes-house-report-says#ixzz5GSSJ39lZNTS Notes: This report could spell curtains for the F35 as a practical "fighter" aircraft for the US Navy, since the US Navy has fallen into line with the other US military services and are now stuck with this POS to replace its aging fleet of F18 Hornets and their replacement Super-Hornets! The US Navy has long been patrolling the world's seas with the capabilities of launching strikes into "enemy" nations from their carriers.. Now we find the F35 cannot be used for any kind of combat role strikes, and therefore is useless for offensive usage by the navy...And again, if these aircraft require mid air refuelling for their missions, the present air fuelling aircraft are NOT "stealthy" which would give away these planes' locations instantly....And why am I not surprised by this? I have filed report after report here at this blog stating clear factual evidence that the F35 is a complete dud and should be cancelled immediately... However, the criminals behind Lockheed Martin have sold this lemon to the US Government through their powerful Washington lobby groups and by controlling US Senators and Congressmen through the use of MONEY..... Basically the entire F35 racket has always been a racket and a multi-TRILLION dollar disaster for the US people that will weaken their military for the next few decades, and all for the lust and greed of some corrupt individuals....I will follow up this report with more to follow... Someone also alerted me to the recent Israeli use of their "F35 fighters" to launch a few strikes into Syria... However what I have found is that most of those Israeli planes fired their ordinance from the "safe haven" of Lebanese air space, and that there is still no evidence that these planes' 'stealth' did its job at all (to which I would not be in the slightest bit shocked..).... It will be interesting to see how much these psychos in Israel continue to use these POS 'fighters' and I would dearly love to see the Syrian and Russian air forces engage these planes to show the world how much they are indeed lemons as the Syrians and Russians blast them out of the skies...More to comeNTS
