The Uragan has a reputation for high reliability, simplicity and speed of operation and maintenance and a short salvo time. Developed by JSC NPO Splav, a branch of Rostec Corporation, the system is designed for striking troops, armor, artillery units, air defense systems, helicopters on heli-pads, destroying fortifications, communications and other infrastructure.
