However, Republicans, as evidenced by the policies and decrees made by people such as Trump, Pence, McConnell, Gym Jordan, Georgia Gov. Kemp, Flor-i-duh Gov. DeSantis, and the rest, the entire rest, including Trump's Michigan stormtroopers, see it as a plan to strive for. The more dead the better. There can be no other reasonable explanation for their actions.Once again: "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." That's why republicans always do everything they can to sabotage education for the masses. No effort or detail escapes them, from having our biggest loon state Texas decide what goes in the textbooks our children learn from to starving schools of their funding and pushing for homeschooling and religious indoctrination curriculums that would make any Taliban group in Afghanistan supremely guilty of the sin of envy.So, here we are. We have a psychotic president willfully leading his chorus of fellow psychotic party members and media functionaries down the path to the death of as many Americans as possible and the destruction of America itself, as if we needed any further help in that regard. The rest are told to ask nice, as if that would actually get them what they need. It's just another act of Trumpian sadism.Speaking of Putin, the idol of Republicans everywhere, Russian doctors who speak up accurately about the coronavirus and how it's spreading have been taking up the strange hobby of flying out of windows lately. You know damn well Trump would love to send Dr. Fauci out the same way (others are getting fired for saying the truth). Only the frayed threads of what's left of this country's so-called legal system are preventing doctors from smacking the pavement. I'm sure the Trumpanzee has AG Barr working on getting around that, just as I am sure that Barr is approaching the task eagerly. We know what these people are. You can see it every damn day.Here at home, our homicidal maniacs like Trump, and the aforementioned Repug Party psychos and sociopaths that infest Congress and the White House are hard hard at work at the business of killing Americans by ignoring science and all the information at their greasy little finger tips. It's not just about greed. It's very much also about their individual and collective mental illness. By re-opening America, and telling Americans to go outside, they might as well be crop dusting them with the virus. Even they know that that would be a little too overt, though. Besides, they don''t have to do it that way. They just demand that Americans do things like go into virus-breeding meat processing plants without protection. They drop all regulations, smirk at us all and take "campaign contributions" from the bossmen of the plantations.Trump and his thugs are too dumb to think about a future where all the people who do the real jobs are dead and gone. OK, they're not that dumb (maybe). They have a contingency plan where they'll just send in desperate citizen replacements and have them given some on the job training, if there's anyone left who knows how. Sooner or later, the replacements will start dying, too. Then we will have the spectacle of lower evolved people like Kellyanne, Eric and Don Jr., Kushner, and Ivanka trying to figure out how to feed themselves. If Kellyanne sees Kushner holding a Saudi bonesaw, she better run. Meanwhile, place your bets on which mid-western town becomes a ghost town first. I bet they already have an office pool in the White House.
