Who could have predicted that the powers that be at FOX would ban an ad for such a film on any of its shows?The film that made FOX "News" so uncomfortable, or frightened, was the OSCAR-nominated A Night At The Garden, a film that tells the story of the American pro-NAZI movement in 1930s. The title refers to the 1939 night when over 20,000 "very fine people" aka NAZIs, filled New York's Madison Square Garden in a MAGA-style celebration of their hate. It was the kind of night that Donald Trump and today's MAGA hat-wearing Republicans dream about while naive normal people hope and pray that it can't happen here when even the rise of Trump and henchmen like Mitch McConnell so far has proved that the danger is very real.FOX is obviously very sensitive to their viewership of modern day very fine people, particularly those viewers who mentally goose step to the nightly prime time lies and propaganda of white supremacist Sean Hannity. The film's distributor, Field Of Vision, wanted to advertise "A Night At The Garden" on Hannity's program. Sorry Tucker Carlson. I know you try so hard to be a worthy NAZI, but Sean was showcasing general NAZI and white supremacy attitudes on his early radio programs when you were still wearing bowties in 3rd Grade. The ad is only 30 seconds long but you can understand how that would be at least 29 seconds too long for those who work at FOX. FOX's statement on the subject was that the ad was "not appropriate for our air."The film's director, Marshall Curry, a man who has now been nominated for three Oscars in his career, issued the following statement:
