How drunk and mean does he get at home?There is no surprise about what the Kavanaugh hearings showed about Republican attitudes toward women. There shouldn't even be any surprise in how they doubled, tripled, and quadrupled down on their lifetimes of misogynistic proselytizing. It's who they are and they have proved that they can't possibly be anything else. Tonight's meme gives a few examples of that.There's another reason Republicans have so franticly and fanatically supported Señor Trumpanzee's choice. It's not all about defending the right to assault and get away with it. It's Russia, too. Sure they want to protect their guy Trump. They don't want us to see any more evidence of how Putin interfered with our elections and gave them their president. Kavanaugh has vowed to help with that. It's another game of Hide The Documents, just like they hide the documents about Kavanaugh and even hide the FBI reports from us, watered down though they are. Obviously, there's something in them they'd rather not get out. There's only one reason to bury all of this stuff and that's that the Republican Party is awash in Russian cash, some of it laundered through the NRA. That trail has already been found.
