Congress voted to OK sanctions against Russia and Trump refuses to implement them. Putin talks about new Russian nukes and shows an animation of them hitting Florida, and the silence from the White House continues.Señor Turmpanzee hasn't even directed our national security people to take actions to protect our elections later this year or in 2020. The reason is plain as day, yet, silence from the rest of what is supposed to be our government. Just yesterday, Trump made it clear to a crowd of Republican donors that having a "president for life" would be great.It's not just the White House. Both houses of Congress also remain silent. All of these people, Republican and Democrat, took an oath to defend our country and its constitution. Silence. They do nothing. That oath says they will defend the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Silence. There is a domestic enemy living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and not a word of censure, arrest, or impeachment. Just silence.
