Massachusetts Judge Indicted on Charges of Obstructing Justice by Protecting Twice-Deported Criminal

Judge Shelley Richmond Joseph and a court official have been indicted by federal officials who accuse them of conspiring to prevent immigration agents from arresting an illegal alien drug suspect by helping him to slip out the back door of the courthouse.
