This known terrorist (Sharif) has taken it upon himself to appoint a military council (all made up of terrorists and psychopaths) for the city of Tripoli. What instigated this is the fighting that is now occurring between the Zentan tribe (in control of the Tripoli airport since 2011) and the Misurata Al Qaeda militias. No one in Libya is backing Misurata. The groups controlling Misurata are criminals of the highest levels. As I have reported in the past, they are psychopaths, terrorists and just plain evil people. They have thousands of innocent Libyans illegally imprisoned in Misurata. They get their support from Qatar, US, Sudan and Turkey. Just a few days ago a Sundanese plane landed at Mitiga (see photo below) airport bringing in weapons for the radicals Misurata. The Mitiga airport (old Wheelus Airforce base) in Tripoli is being controlled by the criminal terrorist Abdulhakem Belhaj. What really instigated this attempted appointment of a military council is the radical Islamists are losing their battle in Tripoli. They are hoping to get all the Libyans to follow this council, NOT a chance. These guys are very evil, but that does not make them very intelligent.
Also at this time, the great tribes of Libya have formed their own military council. They have already put together leaders for all regions of Libya. This tribal military council will be announced soon and all Libyan military will follow under the orders of the Tribal Military Council. All Libyan military will happily join with the tribes as they are their brothers and have the same goals to cleanse their country of the evil Islamic radical terrorists and illegal occupiers of their land.
