On Thrusday July 24st 2014, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has demolished shrines belonging to two prophets. These prophets are being honoured by both Christians and Muslims worldwide. The jihadists also destroyed prophet Jonnah’s tomb in Mosul after they seized control of the area where the mosque was in. The terrorists prevented warshippers from entering the mosque by closing the doors. They entered the mosque and stopped people from praying. The terrorists installed explosives in the mosque and blew it up in front of a crowd of people..
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria also placed exploves around Daniel’s tombe in Mosul. After they gathered the warshippers to watch, they blew the tombe up. The terrorists also destroyed a shrine belonging to Imam Abu al-lla in Mosul and three mosques in the centre in south of Mosul.
If the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq will keep on winning ground, more holy places will be destroyed. These holy places are a part of the world history. Not only the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq destroys holy places. All opposition groups are guilty of destroying churches and shrines in Syria. .
