Legal expert Jeff Clark recommended using traditional boat fuel and cautioned against buying boat fuel from Chevron that contains plastics. Clark said that Chevron can be sued if the plastic chemical is produced and shown to cause cancer in individuals; he characterized it as a plaintiff lawyer's dream.
