Didn't want to publish yet another post so soon, but, it's got to be done. Since it's a new day and Turkey hasn't moved for invasion. The red light is still on. It's news to Russia that the US is withdrawing troops. The US is controlling airspace over Syria- effectively shutting Turkey out.UPDATE 5:38 pm EST -Newsweek
"To be honest with you, it would be better for the United States to support a Kurdish nation across Turkey, Syria and Iraq," said the National Security Council official. "It would be another Israel in the region."
How many years has that been discussed here? How many years readers?I'd left a comment at Yaya's today. After leaving links back to two 2011 reports made here- this statement jumped out at me From a March 2011 report
2011-- "The interest of the neo-conservatives in Ghadry also picked up when the US government announced its “Greater Middle East” initiative to promote “democracy and good governance”
Greater Middle East Initiative- It's not really that the remake the region agenda was hidden. Obfuscated, but not hidden.
That's why the 5 eyes alt & main stream media is important. Keeping agendas undercover.=================================================
Please read the report from yesterday: US “withdrawal” from Syria? Turkey Receives the Red Light/Foe Treatment. Not the Greenlight
Here's the news so far..Turkey did some limited cross border shelling. No airstrikes are mentioned. It appears the move was made to impede passage of fighters and arms from Iraq into Syria.SANA
SANA’s reporter in Hasaka said that the Turkish regime’s army on Monday evening launched an assault on a number of areas in Hasaka northeastern countryside. He added that the reported information indicated that the aggression targeted a site near Simalka illegitimate corridor on the Syrian-Iraqi borders and Tal Tawil in the countryside of al-Malkiya area where Qasad militias (SDF) are positioned. The reporter said that the information affirmed that the aggression caused only material damages, and no casualties were reported.
The Z/Simalka corridor is an unrecognized (by Damascus) border crossing- It was created by and is used by the US/UK/Israel/Kurds . The crossing was mentioned in the 8th news article linked within: Syria Sitrep: Constitutional Talks,Turkey, Russia, Iran & Iraq Colour Revolution 3.0?
8-Washington brings tens of vehicles, loaded with weapons, to support QSD (Kurdish PKK/YPG) militias in Syrian al-JazeeraHasaka, SANA-The US went far in its breach of the international law and entered a convoy of tens of vehicles loaded with weapons and military equipment from north of Iraq into Syrian al-Jazeera to support QSD militias that practice terrorism against families there.Civil and media sources said that the US-backed coalition’s troops entered today dawn a convoy of tens of vehicles loaded with logistic and military equipment to al-Jazeera through Simalka crossing point that connects al-Hasaka with northern Iraq.
That Turkey would fire on this crossing is a non shocker. Damascus isn't going to be bothered about it either.Green light?

I'm still not seeing that so called "green light"Russia has no idea the US is withdrawing troops
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow had not been given advance warning.“No, no one notified (us),” he told reporters on a conference call.He added that it remained to be seen, however, how many U.S. troops would actually be withdrawn. He noted what he said were past U.S. statements about troop withdrawals that had not led to concrete action.“We are very closely watching the situation,” he said.
Clearly the status quo is maintained.
