What About All Those Great Keystone XL Pipeline Jobs Boehner Is Always Barking About?
You don't have to be a congressman in a borrowed lab coat to do the math... but our old friend, Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ) explains the dangers of Keystone XL and the tar sands it wants to pipe though the heart of America better than anyone else tonight (above). For example, have you heard Boehner running around like a chicken without a head squawking that the pipeline would create 250,000 jobs?

Government Spying: Should We Be Shocked?
By Ron Paul | June 9, 2013
Last week we saw dramatic new evidence of illegal government surveillance of our telephone calls, and of the National Security Agency’s deep penetration into American companies such as Facebook and Microsoft to spy on us. The media seemed shocked.
Many of us are not so surprised. -
Northerntruthseeker Rant For Sunday, June 9th, 2013
Sunday again, and it is indeed time for my usual insane rant......Yes, yesterday was the 46th anniversary of Israel's horrific and murderous attack on the USS Liberty. That attack cost the lives of some 34 innocent sailors, and even now 46 years later, there is no justice at all for the victims and the survivors of this blatant act of war against the United States...I am troubled by the fact that the majority of people have never heard of the USS Liberty attack of June 8th, 1967. As I stated yesterday, when you tell people about this horrendous attack by the United States' supposed "ally"

Secession In Northern Colorado Being Fueled By Big Oil?
Cory Gardner is a very right-wing backbencher from eastern Colorado. He found himself in Congress after the Great Blue Dog Apocalypse of 2010 swept away a confused and worthless Blue Dog, Betsy Markey, her Democratic base refusing to come out to vote for her after she ignored them and voted with the Republicans over and over again. A Tancredo-disciple, Gardner is probably best known in his state as an anti-immigrant fanatic and a virulent racist and bigot. He was reelected last November 59-37%. Now there is a movement in 8 of the counties in his district trying to secede from Colorado.

Updated 2013 Bilderberg Annotated Members List
David Cameron was not on the original Bilderberg attendee list so I have included him. He was born to a wealthy family and is a fifth cousin to Queen Elizabeth II. Two of relatives had high level positions at HSBC and Standard Chartered, As a young man he worked for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. At Oxford he was academically brilliant but a privileged bully. He and his fellow members of the Bullingdon club would drink to excess and destroy pubs and restaurants with impunity because. as the English would say. they were our Betters.

In 1848, Workers Could Barely Feed Their Families And There Was No Hope For Change
No one had Twitter in 1848, the first Spring of Nations. That was probably lucky for the plutocrats and kings of the day, who crushed the pan-continental revolutionaries, barely breaking a sweat. Erdogan is having a tougher time in Turkey these days-- and he's blaming Twitter.

Many People Think Georgia Will Elect A Democratic Senator Long Before Texas Does
Future Senator Michelle Nunn and ex-Pres. George H.W. BushZac McCrary and Brian Stryker from the Blue Dog polling firm, Anzalone Research, see Georgia turning into a purple state as soon as 2010. Demographics really are destiny, they assert. Florida, Virginia, Nevada, and Colorado have trended Democrat and now Texas is moving in that direction.

Democratic Party Immigration Hypocrisy
The Democratic Party doesn't have much going for it... except that the alternative is the Republican Party. Last November I couldn't-- for the first time since turning 18-- pull the lever for the Democrat running for president (nor for my incumbent [Blue Dog/New Dem] Democratic congressman)... but I already knew a Republican wouldn't beat either. It's more than me not just wanting to be forced to pick between the lesser of two evils though.

Remembering The Israeli Attack On The USS Liberty: What I Saw That Day By Survivor Phil Tourney
I am truly amazed that 46 years after the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty in international waters on June 8th, 1967, few Americans (and even fewer Canadians as well) when asked about what they think about that cold blooded act of murder by America's "ally", just give you a blank stare, or say that they have never even heard of the USS Liberty! It is therefore one of my missions to keep awareness of this, and other acts of Jewish atrocities committed everywhere, alive by posting material about such events for all to see...

We're Stuck With Gay-Obsessed Congressional Garbage Like John Fleming (R-LA) Because Of Steve Israel
John Fleming's wig is REALLY anti-gayJohn Fleming represents the most backward district of Louisiana, CD-04, way up in the northwest where Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana meet. His two congressional neighbors are Texas psychopaths Louie Gohmert and Steve Stockman, an OK City bombing suspect. It's a large rural, desolate area with just one city, Shreveport-- and that's where Fleming does worst electorally. Not that any Democrat is going to win there any time soon.
