Unless you're new here, you know the misuse of the word "moderate" to describe conservatives is a pet peeve of this blog's. I was happy to see someone else tackle the topic this week-- Norman Solomon for Common Dreams: There’s Nothing Moderate About "Moderates." A Primary Example Is Joe Biden.
Funny how so many Republicans are weighing in on the Democratic primary— and how they virtually all want Democrats to nominate Status Quo Joe. I can guarantee you that they don’t have the Democratic Party’s or working families’ best interests at heart. The latest was the out-of-work slob who blocked the George Washington Bridge and got away with it, while his imitate subordinates went to prison for carrying out his orders.
Norman Solomon wrote a friendly open letter to Status Quo Joe yesterday, published by Common Dreams: Why an "Apology Tour" Is Needed. Addressing Biden directly, he wrote that "News outlets are reporting that you’re determined to prevent your campaign from turning into an 'apology tour' this summer.
Biden with his buddy Jesse Helms (KKK-NC)African-American primary voters-- especially African-American women primary voters-- are leaning heavily in favor of Joe Biden right now. As we saw earlier, they're not really leaning as much towards Biden as they're leaning towards Obama's rib.
